APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Italian Republic. Any dispute that may arise between the parties relating to the interpretation, execution, performance, breach or termination of the contract or that is in any way connected with it, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian Republic.
