Shipments and returns

Your package shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier.
The goods are always charged to the purchaser and recipient under your own risk. The seller can not answer for the damage or loss of product is not insured during shipment thereof.
The shipping charges vary based on the total order value.

Customs charges (duties and VAT) for shipments outside the European Union are always paid by the recipient and will vary based on the type of product.


Following the first delivery attempt is left to a form of "notice left" with an invitation to contact the local branch to arrange the return.

Following the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful attempted, where possible, a contact number, if it is indicated in the consignment note the phone number of the recipient.

If all attempts prove unsuccessful, within 24 hours after the last delivery attempt will be opened stock.
After the 2nd notice, in case of no positive resolution of storage, the goods will be returned to sender. In this case, the recipient will be refunded the cost of products purchased, which will be deducted shipping cost and stock.


What to do in case of damage
 
Upon receipt of the shipment, there is evident damage to the recipient can:

refuse the shipment;
accept the shipment subject, that is, by putting reserves on the waybill before signing for acceptance, specifying the reasons for communicating timely and, where possible, the extent of damage.

The recipient is available, however, in terms of law, eight days within which verified the integrity of the contents of the shipment, file a written complaint to the local branch that will give all the information to manage the damages suffered.

 

Replacement or right of withdrawal

There are 14 working days of time (from receipt of product) to make one or more products and choose from the following options:
   - Replace the product that you are not satisfied with another item
   - Exercise the right of withdrawal
In case of return for replacement or withdrawal shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the buyer.
The right of withdrawal is regulated by the Legislative Decree n. 206/05 (Articles 50 to 68).
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
The law applies to product purchased in its entirety, it can be exercised only on the withdrawal of the product purchased;
The law does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware), once opened;
The products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories)
according to the law (Art.67), the shipping costs for returning the property to the Giuglar SRL shall be borne by the customer;
The shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer;
if the goods are damaged in transit, Giuglar SRL will notify the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured), in this case , the product will be made available to the customer for the return and canceling the request for withdrawal;
Giuglar SRL not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
on his arrival in stock, the product will be inspected for any damages not caused by transport.
 


Procedure for exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise this right, the customer must send the request by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to the following address:

Upon receiving the letter, Giuglar SRL send email to the customer for permission to make the product.
The product must be shipped to Giuglar SRL within 10 working days from authorization to the following address:

Giuglar SRL will refund the customer the full amount already paid as quickly as possible and in any event within 30 days from the date of receipt of notice of termination, upon receipt of the goods covered by the withdrawal, by following the transfer of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the Buyer shall promptly provide to the bank on which a refund.
The amount refunded will equal the total price of the product or products returned. This amount will be deducted shipping charges incurred by Giuglar SRL
The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Giuglar SRL finds:
the lack of external and / or internal packaging;
the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, ...) or defect in the product itself;
the product is damaged for causes other than its transport;
a state of the filth of the product due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.
 
The costs and risks of transport for the return shall be borne by the customer, who can arrange for shipment of the product only and exclusively by courier.
The return of products that are damaged, deteriorated or lacking in accessories and original equipment will not be accepted by Giuglar SRL and will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Giuglar SRL. will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs.
